Most event tools stop once the money is collected. Ours start there: the roster, who is on which bus, who is in which room, who is on duty, and what happens at 7am on day two.
Sleepaway and church camps. Cabins, buses, meals, crew duty, health and med pass, and a camper view that works with no signal.
School field trips. Flights and coaches, hotel rooming, chaperone groups that see only their own students, roll call at every stop, and a feed parents can follow.
Ticketed events. School plays, concerts, galas and fundraisers, with a guest list and door check-in instead of a spreadsheet.
Schools themselves. Rooms, facilities and scheduling, built from what an actual school needed rather than what a vendor wanted to sell.
One tool that claims to do camps, field trips and galas ends up doing none of them well. Each app here runs on the same engine but speaks its own language, shows only what that kind of event needs, and drops the rest. A field trip should never ask you about cabins.
One flat price per event, by size, and events of 20 or fewer are free. If you would rather we handle registration, that is a small capped fee per person instead, with card processing passed through at cost. Never both.
